Ingredients
- 2 eggs.
- 300 ml of skim milk
- 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
- 2 spoonfuls of honey.
- 2 y 2/3 cup o 450 gramos of red premix Santa María.
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- 2 Spoons of common sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- 1 about instant yeast.
Process
- In a bowl beat the eggs with milk, sunflower oil and honey.
- Incorporate the liquid mixture into the mold of the bread oven.
- Incorporate the Santa María red premix, so that the liquid is covered.
- Add salt and sugar mixture with cinnamon, placing them in different corners.
- Finally make a hole in the center of the premix and add the yeast.
- Place the mold in the oven and cover it. Select program number 4- Fast, then the type of bark: clear, and press the start key.
