Ingredients

  • 2 eggs.
  • 300 ml of skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
  • 2 spoonfuls of honey.
  • 2 y 2/3 cup o 450 gramos of red premix Santa María.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • 2 Spoons of common sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • 1 about instant yeast.

Process

  1. In a bowl beat the eggs with milk, sunflower oil and honey.

  2. Incorporate the liquid mixture into the mold of the bread oven.

  3. Incorporate the Santa María red premix, so that the liquid is covered.
