- CHICLE (FECULA DE MANDIOCA 150 g WATER 250 CC WATER SERVING 250 CC)
Process
- FORMATION OF THE CHICLE: DISSOLVE THE 150 g OF MANDIOCA IN 250 CC OF WATER AT AMBIENT TEMPERATURE. A DISSOLVED VES ADD THE SOLUTION TO THE 250 CC OF WATER WATER. MIX UP TO GIRL FORMATION. LET COOL.
- FORMATION OF MASS: INCORPORATE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN THE MIXER TOGETHER WITH THE CHICLE AND AMASAR UNTIL FORMATION OF THE MASS. LAMINATE AND CUT ACCORDING TO THE DESIRED FORM. COOKING: 3 MINUTES - FILLED PASTA 6 MINUTES.
